Our cloud-based platform (housed in Tier IV with Fault Tolerance data centers in the United States with backup redundancy) conforms to the highest levels of security you’d find at the world’s biggest financial institutions.
All data is AES-256 end-to-end encrypted, and our platform is PCI-DSS Level 1-certified, and SOC 2-compliant.
Data Privacy & Security
All data access requires two-factor user authentication. Aigent uses AES technology to encrypt data.
Our primary objective is not to collect, process, and index client and end consumers’ sensitive data; however, Aigent may come in contact with sensitive information within audio recordings and transcriptions, which is why we’ve established and follow strict controls to ensure that any data containing sensitive and/or personal information is identified, filtered, and anonymized before being stored and that any remaining data (metadata) is also anonymized.

Integrate on-premise or in the cloud
Aigent’s algorithms deliver agent guidance set by an easy-to-use Scenario Editor that enables you to create a fully custom set of alerts and information prompts, based on your business needs and specific to individual or groups of agents. For example, you may want additional guidance for new agents versus tenured.

On-premise Implementation
- Choose between full-control or a full-service model to connect Aigent with on-premise telephony infrastructure
- Uses a “cloud-connect” component within the on-premise telephony infrastructure
- Taps into raw network communication at the central network infrastructure and is absolutely unintrusive with no operational risk for the contact center operation
- Streams the data into the Aigent cloud via AES-encrypted VPN connection and processes audio and phone signaling information in the cloud
- Technical implementation timeframe: ~4 weeks
Cloud-based CCaaS/UCaaS
- Aigent can connect to any cloud-based contact center as a service vendor (CCaaS) who offers real-time audio streaming in stereo (agent and customer separated)
- Customer supports CCaaS API credentials or follows step-by-step instructions to connect to Aigent
- Existing integration with RingCentral reduces onboarding time. Any other CCaaS providers currently require an initial implementation effort
- Technical implementation timeframe for existing CCaaS partner: ~1 week
